Modular construction in the commercial sector – functional, stylish and future-proof
For the Raschke Tennis Club in Taufkirchen, our KOYA team implemented a tailor-made building ensemble – consisting of four high-quality modules.
The new building includes a spacious sales area for tennis clothing and accessories, a changing room, a storage room, and a reception with a counter for club registration.
The modular system, with a total area of approximately 75 m², was prefabricated in our production hall in Gilching. The units were then lifted onto the club premises by mobile crane, where our KOYA team connected them together with millimeter precision.
Modular construction enabled rapid implementation with maximum cost certainty for our customer – a decisive advantage over conventional construction methods.
Our KOYA module is characterized by its striking design and blends harmoniously into the existing structures of the tennis facility, while at the same time visibly standing out as a modern new building – entirely in keeping with the client's wishes.
KOYA modular construction – the elegant alternative to container construction
The innovative project was realized using a steel-wood hybrid construction method.
The sturdy welded steel beams were combined with glued laminated timber panels up to 18 centimeters thick and insulated to a high standard – for a contemporary, energy-efficient construction.
