The KOYA Design Garden House Office is available not only in different sizes, but also with different facade elements.
FACADE VARIANTS
Would you like to have your office cube with windows, doors, fixed glazing or fixed wall elements? We have a suitable solution for every design requirement and every area of application. Only insulated elements are used for the garden office, so that it can be used all year round in winter and summer. (Triple glazing for windows and doors, 70mm PU insulation for walls) All KOYA design facades are completely flush integrated into the outer skin. From the outside there is no offset due to window or door frames. Wall elements are also 100% flush integrated into the overall system. This gives the garden office an architecturally appealing and unique design.
ROOF DESIGN
The design of the Office Cube roof structure is an essential part of the facade and offers innovative possibilities. With the help of glazed openings in the ceiling, wonderful lighting conditions can be created from above in the interior. In a special version of the garden office, the roof can even be equipped with a fold-out sleeping roof. According to current findings, so-called "power naps" or short rest periods are beneficial for productivity in the workplace. With the KOYA Office Cube, we offer the possibility of combining both in a small space.
COLORS & SURFACES
The external design of the KOYA garden house can be made in different colors and materials. The outer skin of the office building consists of a metal cladding made of aluminum sheets. These can be made with different surface coatings according to your wishes and have a significant influence on the appearance of your individual garden house office. You can get the garden house home office in your desired color according to the KOYA color palette, as well as in a chrome-plated glossy look, in stainless steel or brushed aluminum. The interior of the garden office consists of floors, walls and ceilings that can be individually designed using our collection. Do you prefer a light look in the interior with light tones and white walls, or would you prefer a robust dark wood with, for example, anthracite-colored wall panels? Create your environment according to your taste!

KOYA Office Cubes are "Plug & Play" and are completely prefabricated in production. The finished modules are delivered as a whole via a freight forwarder.
All that is needed for assembly is a mobile crane, which places the garden house home offices in the desired location.
The assembly and placement of the modules can be supervised by a KOYA assembly team upon request.
A KOYA should ideally be firmly attached to the ground.
The module is best attached using small concrete bases at the corners of the KOYA. The room module has small adjustable feet with holes for this purpose.
Alternatively, precast concrete slabs or a concrete floor can be used as a base.
We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to construct the foundations.
The dimensions of the foundations depend heavily on the size of the room module ordered and therefore vary between the different models.
In order to save costs, the foundations are ideally implemented by a GALA construction company (garden and landscape construction) in your local area.
After delivery, the adjustable feet are then connected to the foundation using concrete anchors.
The Office Cube requires a 230V connection. The connection is installed by an electrician using an underground cable to the desired installation location.
The cable for the power connection is located openly on the underside of the garden house upon delivery.
For legal reasons, the connection to the power source may only be carried out by a certified electrician.
When your garden home office is delivered, the electrician will connect the power supply with a waterproof plug. Then your office cube is fully ready for use.
The transport of your individual garden office is carried out by a shipping company we trust.
KOYA is prefabricated in the factory and delivered fully assembled.
The complete transport of the finished product means less stress for you on site with the laborious assembly that is usually necessary with other manufacturers and, in addition to being expensive, also takes up a lot of time.
KOYA is a product that is individually manufactured for you according to your wishes.

In principle, a garden office is easier to deduct from tax than a home office in a private household, because with an external home office the question of use never arises. With a garden house office, all costs, from purchase to maintenance and running costs, can normally be claimed for tax purposes. Annoying questions from the tax office regarding exclusive use or the actual working hours spent in the office are completely eliminated.
What should be considered when using a garden office for tax deductions:
-The garden house office should be as freestanding as possible and not connected to the house.
-Use exclusively as a home office - no garden house, no garden tools, etc.
-Year-round usability should be ensured by means of thermal insulation.
-The equipment of the garden office should correspond to a workplace where work can be carried out all year round.
